उत्तराखंड सरकार ने रविवार को 23 आईएएस और 18 पीसीएस अधिकारियों समेत 44 अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारियों में फेरबदल किया।
यहां जारी एक आदेश के मुताबिक, इस फेरबदल में पांच जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों (डीएम) को भी बदल दिया गया है.
नैनीताल की जिलाधिकारी वंदना को उनकी वर्तमान जिम्मेदारी से मुक्त कर कृषि एवं उद्यान विभाग के महानिदेशक के साथ-साथ नियोजन विभाग का अपर सचिव नियुक्त किया गया है। ललित मोहन रयाल अब वंदना की जगह नैनीताल के जिलाधिकारी होंगे। रियाल ने पहले अन्य जिम्मेदारियों के अलावा मुख्यमंत्री के अतिरिक्त सचिव का पद भी संभाला था।
गौरव कुमार, जो पहले शहरी विकास और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में अतिरिक्त सचिव के पद पर थे, को चमोली का डीएम नियुक्त किया गया है। कुमार डॉ. संदीप तिवारी का स्थान लेंगे, जिन्हें हल्द्वानी में समाज कल्याण निदेशक की नई जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
आलोक कुमार पांडे को अल्मोड़ा के डीएम पद से मुक्त कर सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग में अपर सचिव और प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क योजना का मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है। पांडे की जगह अंशुल सिंह को अल्मोडा का नया डीएम बनाया जाएगा।
पिथौरागढ़ के डीएम विनोद गोस्वामी से उनकी वर्तमान जिम्मेदारियां छीन ली गई हैं और उन्हें शहरी विकास विभाग में अतिरिक्त सचिव नियुक्त किया गया है। गोस्वामी का स्थान आशीष कुमार भटगई लेंगे, जो पहले बागेश्वर में इसी पद पर थे। आकांक्षा कोंडे, जो पहले हरिद्वार की मुख्य विकास अधिकारी के पद पर थीं, को बागेश्वर का नया डीएम नियुक्त किया गया है।
सचिव दिलीप जावलकर को ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग और मुख्य परियोजना निदेशक-ग्रामीण विकास समिति-ग्रामीण उद्यम त्वरण परियोजना की जिम्मेदारियों से मुक्त कर दिया गया है, जबकि वह सचिव, वित्त, चुनाव, जल संसाधन और निदेशक, लेखापरीक्षा के पद पर बने रहेंगे।
